Do I need to have Make.com or other tools set up already?

No. Part of onboarding is setting up every account you'll need. We walk you through what's required, what it costs (typically under $100/month in tool fees), and handle all configuration ourselves. You'll finish with a Make.com Toolbox that's yours to keep and run independently.

What happens if something breaks after handover?

Every package includes a 30–60 day post-handover support window — we're there if anything goes sideways during the transition. Clients on a maintenance plan also get ongoing monitoring and proactive fixes before issues surface.

How much of my time does this actually take?

We've designed the build to be deliberately low-friction. Most clients invest 3–5 hours total across the entire project — primarily in the onboarding session and the handover walkthrough. Everything in between is async on our side.

Will the content actually sound like us?

Yes — and this is the part we take most seriously. Onboarding includes a deep-dive into your brand voice, tone, audience language and examples you love. Every AI prompt is trained against this profile before a single piece of output is approved for use.
